RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CAUNCII, OF THE CITY OF
LYNWCOD APPRGVING MEMORAriDUM OF AGRE�t�NT r'OR
EXPENDITURE OF GAS TAX ALLOCATION.
VJHEREAS, a memorandum af agreement has been presented to be
entered into with the State of Cali£ornia in accordance with a project
statement for expenditure� o£ gas tax £unds for the fiscal year 19Lt9
allocated for major city streets in the City of I and
VdHFI{EAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement in
full and is familiar with the contents 'thereaf;
THEREFORE� be it resolved bp the City Cwncil of the City
o£ Iynwood that said agreement cwering proposed expenditures of the ,
gas tax allocated for major city streets be and the same is hereby
adopted and approved and the Mayor and Gity Clerk are directed to
sign the same on behal.f o£ said City, said agreement to be binding
upon the City upon its execution by the authorized of£icials o£ the
