NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED THAT THE Grant Deed pre-
sented herewith whereby the Gity oP Lyneaood granta and conveys to the
State of California the real property above desaribed upon the terms
and conditions stated in aaid Grant Deed be and the same is hereby
approved and the Mayor ie authorized and direeted to execute said
Grant Deed for and on behalf oP the City of Lynwood and the City Clerk
ia authorized and directed to tranemit the same to the State of
California for reeording.
