RESOLUTION OF A��ARD OF CONTr�' CT.
[�7FiEREAB, the City Council of the City of Lym,*ood, did in
open session on the 6th day oP July, 1948, publicly open, examine,
and declare all sealed proposals or bids for tne follo�,�ing work to
be done and improvement to be r�ade in said City, to-ti•rit: Al1 that
certatn wor� and improvement set forth in Resolution of Intention No.
2122, passed and adopted by aaid City Council on the 4�th day of hiay,
194�8, which Resolution of Intention is on file in the office of the
City Clerk of said City and is hereby referred to for a description
of said ��rork or improvement, the boundaries of the diatrict to be
aasessed to pay the costa and expenaes oP said work and for further
particulars:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by said City Council that
it re,�ect, and it does hereby re,�ect all of said proposals or bide
except the next herein nentioned, and hereby awards the contract for
doing said work or improvesent to the lowest, regular, responsible
bidder, to-wit: VIDO KOV�GEVICH C0. A CO-PARTIQERSHIP, at the pricea
for eaid taork or iraprovenent named in their bid, ��rhich bid is on file
in the oPfice of the City Clerk of said City, and is hereby rePerred to
Por further particulara.
The City Clerk of s2id City is hereby directed to publish
notice of this award ts,rice in the Lynwood Preae, a saeekly netrspaper
published and circulated in said Gity and hereby designated for that
purpoae by this City Council.
