DEBT LIi:2TAiI0Pt REPORT •
The City Council of the City of Lynwood doea hereby
resolve as follows:
(1) That the public interest, convenience and necessity
requlre and the City Council of the City oP Lynwood proposes to in-
� stitute proceedings for the improvement hereinafter set forth.
(2) �hat the general nature, location, anfl extent of such
, proposed improvement is as follows: The construction of an ornamental
lighting system in Cornish Avenue bettaeen the nortnerly line of Tract
IVo. 6312, Niap Book 71, Page '(5 and tne southerly line of Abbott Road.
�(3) It is hereby deterr�ined that no part of the coat or
expense of said work or improdenent is to be paid by said City of '
Lynwood.
(4) It is hereby further deternined that the Council
of the City of Lynosood adopts this resolution under and in accordance
U1�th Section �k of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of Calif-
ornia v:hich is t�oU�n ae the Special Assessruent lnvestigation, Limitation
and T�iajority Protest Act of 1931, as ar�ended. ' It is hereby further
, determined that said City Council proposea to conduct the proceedings
for said proposed work or`improvenent under an Act of the Legislature
of the State of Califori�ia known and designated as the "Improvement
, Act of 1911" as amended.
' ,(5) The boundary.or extent of the assessment disirict to "be
� assesaed to pay the costs,and expenses oP said improvement is ehown on
Plan No. 19'��-E-1, on Pile in the office of the City Clerk of said
City rr"tlich map shall govern for all details as to the extent of said
assesar�ent district.
. lb) That the City Engineer be and he is hereby directed
to prepaie and deliver to said City Council a t report covering
said �rorls or improvenent in accord:ance with the provisions of said
"Special•Assessment lnvestioation, Limitation and N?ajority Protest
Act of 1931", as amended.
