RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TfiE CITY OF

FIRST ALLEY SOUTHERLY OF CEiQTURY BOULEVARD BE-
TWEEN BULLIS ROAD APTD ERP:ESTINE AVEVUE.
TYie City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby re-
solve as follozas:
3ection 1: That the Pirst alley southerly of Century
Boulevard lying between Bullis Road and Ernestine Avenue as aho�,rn
on map recorded in Book 319, P�.gea ll and 12 of idans Recorda of Loa
Angelee County, California, is unnecessary for present or prospective
� alley purpoaea and tnat tne piablic intereat, necessity, and conven-
ience require, and the City Council of said City hereby deelaree its
intention to vacate and abandon said alley.,

Section 2: That said.a-lley as above described lying and

being in said City of Lynwood is sho��m on 2•4a,p IVo. �02-A on file in
Lhe office of the City Clerk of said City and to Urhich all parties
are_rePerred to for further particulars as to the proposed vacation
and abandonment.
Section 3: That these proceedings are had and tal�en under
the provieions of Sectiona 830.0 to 8324 and 8330, 8331, both inclusive,
of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of Galifornia, �.s amended.
Section 4: That Tueeday, the 7th flay of September, 1948,
at the hour of 8:00 o�clock P. P�i. in the Council Charaber of the City
Hall in said City is nereby fixed as tne time and place for hearing .
any protests or ob,jections to the propoeed vacation or abandonmerit
