t^7HEREAS,�under the proviaions of Division 7 of the Streeta
and Highwaya Code, cited as the Iu7provement Act of-1911, and anendments
thereto, the City Council oP the City of Lynwood adopted its Pesolution
of Intention PIo. 2108 on the 6th day of April, 19�8, declaring its
intention to order certain work to be done. RePerence is hereby made
to said Resolution of Intention�for a description of the work or in-
prove�aent, the asaessment district, and for further particulars, which
reaolution is on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City;and
��tIE:3EA8, the proceedings pursuant to said Resolution of,In=
tention have Ueen had and taken in the time, form and raanner required
by law; and
4Vf?EREAS, a notice of hearing on the proposed assessment has
been publiahed, posted and mailed as required by law; and
V�fiEREAS, a full and conplete hearing on said•assessment was
held on the 17th day of August, 19�8; and
S•J'riEREA9, there were no oral or written protest� or objection
N06d, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by tne City Council of the
City of Lym�;ood, as follot�rs:
Section l: That the assessment is ,ju�t and correct and in
accordance with law and that all of the actions, determinations,
resolutions and orders, and all of the proceedings heretofore taken a.re
legal, valid and sufficient and that the diagram attached to_said asaess
nent is legal, valid and sufficient.
Section 2: That said proceedings and said a.ssesenent are
hereby confirned a.nd it is hereby ordered that the warrant may be
,:attached thereto accordingly.
