RESOLUTIOid DIRECTIIiG PP.EPARt�TION OF DEBT LIP�ITATION
F.EP ORT .
The City Council of the City of Lynl000d doee hereby
resolve as follows:
�l) ^lhat the public interest, convenience and necessity
require and the City Council of the City of Lynmrood propoees to in—
stitute proceedings for the improvenent hereinafter set forth.
(2) That the general nature, locatior, and extent of such
proposed i�provement is as follovra: The construction of vitrified
clay pipe sanitary sewers in Norton Avenue between California Avenue .
and Century Boulevard.
(3) It is hereby determined that no part of the cost or
expense of eaid work or iruprovement is to be uaid by said City of
Lyntaood.
(4) It is hereby £urtner determined that the City Council
of the City of Lynwood adopta this reaolution under and in accordance
witn Section 4� of t:�e Streets and Hign�Y*ays Code of the 3tate of Calif—
ornia ��hich ia knoum as the Special Assesament Investigation, Limitation,
. and i�Iajority Protest Act of 1931, as amended. Tt is hereby further
deternined that said City Council proposes to conduct the proceedinga
for said proposed work or ir�provement under an Act of the Legisl2.ture
of the Stzte of California kr?ovan and designated as the "Improvement
Act of 1911" as anended. •
�5) 2'he boundary or extent of the aesessnent district to be
assesaed to pay the costa and expenses of eaid ir�urover�ent is shown on
Plan IQo. 1948—F-1, on file in the office of the City Clerk of said
City urhich map shall govern for all details as to the extent of said
asaesssent district. .
�6) That the City,Engineer be and he is hereby directed
to prepare and deliver to said City Council a written report covering
said work or improvement in accordance t1*ith the provisiona of said
"Special Assessment Inveatigation, Limitation and P�a�ority Protest
Act of 1931", as amended.
PASSED �nd ADOPTED this 17th day of August, 1948.
