A RESOLUTION OF THE GI4^1 COUiQCIL OF 1HE CI7.'Y OF
LYNFJOOD APP??OVIi�1G REPORT OF THE CITY LNGINEER

PROPOSED IiriPROVEr+�NT OF NORTON AVEPIUE BY' THE COD1-
STRUCTION OF SANITARY SE6�TER5.
The City Council of the City of Lynt�rood does hereby resolve
as followe:
- S4HEREAS, a report on the proposed inprovement, to-wit:
the construction of vitrified clay pipe sanitary sewers in Norton
Avenue betraeen California Avenue and Century Houlevard, has been pre-
pared by the City Engineer and delivered to the City Council of' the
City of Lynwood, as provifled in Division 4 of the Streets and Hightvaya
Code, cited as the "Special Assessment, Limitation and I+fajority Pro-
test Act of 1931" as amended, as directed by eaid City Council at its
regular meeting held on August 17, 1948.
NO[4, THEREFOR_E, be it resolved as follot�ra:
1. That the City Council of the City of Lymaood does hereby
apnrove said report and ordera that said report be filed witn the City
Clerk. `
2. That the Gity Council hereby fixes thsl9,th day of October,
1948 at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P. M. as the day and hour, and the
Council Chamber of the City Hall, 11331 Plaza Street, in the City of
LynYaood, California, as the place vrhen and tahere any and all persons
interested may appear before said City Council and be heard on any
matter pertaining to said report.
3. That the City Clerk is hereby ordered to give the notice
prescribed by Section 2851 of said Streets and Highh*ays Code referred
to and cited as "Special 9ssessment Investigation, Limitation and
Y Ma:,j'ority..Protest Act of 1931" to all persona designated in Section 2851.
