SOUTfiERLY OF CENTURY BOULEVARD BETh'EEN BULLIB
ROAD AND ERIVE3TINE AVENUE.
SVHEREAS, the City Council of the City oP Lynwood on

claring ite intention to nacate the Pirat alley southerly of Century
boulevard between Bullis Road and Erneetine Avenue, and �
WI-iEREAB, said ResoluLion §ras publiehed and notice of street
vacation was posted in the time, fora and manner required by la,w, and
WY.EREAB, a full and impartial hearing was held on the 7th
day of 8eptember, 19�8, covering all the matters deecribed in said
Reaolution of Intentlon, and
t4HEREAB, no protesta or ob,jectlona were made at eaid hearing
to said proposed vacation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City oP Lynwood, aa Pollows:
_, Section 1: That the-firet-alley southerly of Century •
Boulevard between Bullia Road and Ernestine Avenue as ahoorn on map
recorded in Book 319, Pages ll and 12 oP Mapa, Recorde of Los "ngeles
County, California, within the corporate limits of the City of Lynwood,
California, is unneceseary for present or prospective public use and
it ie hereby ordered that eaid alley be vacated and abandoned.
Seotion 2: That the City Clerk shall cause a certified
oopy of said order to be recorded in the ofPice oP the County Recorder
of said Gounty.
