RESOLUTION APPROVING A9SESSMENT DIAGRAM:
The Gity Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolne ae follows:
Section 1: That the assessment diagram for_the improvement
oP Fernwood Avenue with cement concrete eidewalka, curbs, guttera, and
driveway approachea, ae ahown on ma.p 1948 D-3 on Pile in the offioe
of the Gity Clerk oP th.e City of Lynwood, be and the same is hereby
approved and adopted.
3ection 2: That the City Clerk of eaid eity is directed to
certify the Pact and date oP the adoption oP thia resolution to the
Superintendent of Streeta of said city and aha.11 delivery eaid diagram
to said,Superintendent of Streeta.
