RESOLU^1=0N OF:ORDER OF VACATION FOR THE FIRST �
ALLEY WESTERLY QF CARESB STREET, EXTEIQDING
FROfd SANTA ANA BOULEVARD TO LOUISE STREET IN '
THE CITY OF LYN[JOOD.
WfiEREAS, the City Council of the City oP Lynwood did, on
f the 2�th,day of Auguat, 19�7, Pasa Sta'P.esolution of Intention de-
clarin� its intention to vacate the firat alley westerly oY Earesa
Street, extending from 8anta Ana Boulevard to Louiae Street, and
WHEREAS, said resolution toas publiahed and notice oP street
vacation was poated in the time, form and manner required by law, and
�4FiEREAB, a full and impartial hearing was held on the 21st
- day of 9eptember, 1948, covering al.l the matters described in•saicl
Resolution oP Intention, and _
- t�fiF13EAS, no proteets or ob�ections were made at said
hearing to eaid proposed vacation, „
NOti4, THEREFORE; BE IT RE80LVED by tne Gity Council of the
City oP Lyntaood, as followa:
° � Section 1:-•That the`first alley weaterly of Careas 3treet, -
extending frora 3anta Ana Boulevard to Louise 9treet as shown on map
recorded in Book 129 pagee-10 and 11 oP Niap Recorde of Los Angeles
County, Galifornia, within the oorporate limita of the City of Lynwood,
Galifornia, is unnecessary for present or prospective public use
and it is hereby ordered that aaid alley be vacated and abandoned, �
sub�ect to the pronisions oP Section 2.
Section 2: Tlzat the City of Lynwood hereby reserves an ,
easement in, upon, over and acorea said portion of said alleq above
, desaribed for the purpose oP operating, constructing and/or maintaining
public utilities therein. �
Section 3: That the City Cler�, ahall cause a certified,copy
