RESOLUTION APYOINTING CITY OFFICIAL TO MAKE AND
FILE ALL REPORTS REQUIRED UNDER COLLIER-BURNS
AIGHWAY ACT OF 1947.
41HEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Collier-Burna
Highway Act of 194�7 �Chapter 11, 3tatutee of 19�? - lst Extraordinary
Session) it ie required that an annual report be filed with the
S'tate Controller, and
T�fIEREAB, it is further required under said Act that the
City official or officials charged u�ith the duty oP making and filing
said report be designated by formal action of the City Counoil,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TAE CITY COLTNCIL oP the
City oP Lynwood that the City Engineer and/or the City Clerk of the
City oP Lynwood be and they are hereby deeignated to make and file all
reporta required under said Act.
PA83ED and ADOPTED this 21at day of Septenber, 1948.
