CONFIRNiING A9SES5hiENT, IN THE NiATTER OF THE IM-
PROVEMENT OF FE.'3NWOOD AVENUE IN THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD.
- WHEREAB, under the proviaiona of Dlvieion 7 oP the Streeta
and Highways Code, cited as the Improvement Act of 1911, and amendinents
thereto, the Ctty Gounci]. of the City of Lgnwood adopted its Resolution
of Intention No. 2122 on the 4th day of t4ay, 1948, dccla.r3ng ita inten-
tion to order certain tti*ork to be done. Reference ie hereby made to
aaid Resolution of Intention for a description of the work or improve-
ment, the asseasment diatrict, and for further particulars, which reso-
, lution is on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City; and
WHEREA9, the proceedings pureuant to said Reaolution of In-
tention have been had and taken in the time, form and manner required
by 1aw; and �
Wf3EREA8, a notice oP hearing on the proposed assessment has
been published, posted and mailed as required by law; and

_ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT REBOLVED by the City Council oP the
Gity of Lynwood, as follows:
Section.l: That the assessment is �ust and correct and in
accordance with law and that all of the actions, determinationa, reao-

legal; va.lid and sufficient and that the diagram attach.ed to said aesees-
ment is legal, valid. and sufficient.
Section 2: That said proceddin$e and said assessment are
hereby confirmed and it ia hereby ordered that the warrant may be
