RE90LUTION OF HEARING OF REPORT ON DEBT LINffTA-
TIOiQ PROCEEDINGS
BE IT RE90LVED by the City Couneil oY tne City of Lynwood
ae Pollows:
1. That purauant to the 3treete and High��rays Code Division
4, cited as the "Special Asaeesment Investigation, Limitation and
Ma,�ority Protest Act of 1931," the folloiring report be, and the same
is hereby made of the findings and determinations oP said City Council
made upon the hearing held and conducted by said City Council purauant
to ita order theretofore dulq made, upon the Investigation Report upon
the propoaed improvement oP Cornish Avenue by the construction of an
ornamental atreet lighting eystem, as ahown on Plan No. 19�$-�-1 on
file in the offioe of the City Clerk of said City, as propoaed in Reso-
lution No. 2146 of the City Gouncil of the City of Lynwood.
(a) That the hearing upon said Investigation Report was
held on the 19th day of October, 194�8, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.R4.
in the Council Chamber of the City Hall, 11331 Plaza Street in said
City of Lynwood, and eaid hearing was fully completed and concluded on
said da.te without ad,journment;
• �b) That at the time of said hearing, the City Clerk oP the
City of Lyriwood,presented to said City Council his affidavit of Mailing
" oP Noticee in the time, form; and manner and to the peraona as required
b;I law; that said Affidavit is now on file 1n the office of said City
Clerk;
_ (c) That at the co�unencement oP�said hearing and before pro-
tests were considered and had, the Investigation Report above referred
to (except as to the Tiap, Plat, or diagram attached thereto and the
asseased valuationa and true valuations oP, and asseasmenta and esti-
mated assesaments upon individual parcels of land) was read and ex-
plained to thoee assembled in attendance at said hearing;
(d) That tnere oaere no peraons in attendance at said

hearing, other tha.n those holding and conducting same, in connection
with the hearing oP said report;
(e) That no written protests arere filed with the City Clerk
of the City of Lynwood at or before tne time fixed for eaid hearing;
(f) �i'hat there were no z,mitten protesta made or presented
at or during the progreas of said hearing;
(g) That there were no oral protesta made at said hearing;
(h) That said written protests were flled by the oUmer of
lesa than fifty per cent (50) viz., 0 per cent oP the total area of
the �istrict propoaed to be assessed for the payment oP the coata oP
said improvement; and -
(1) That the nat ure of the proteata made ia as follokre:
