, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of.the City of Lynwood
as follows:
1. That pursuant to the Streets and Highways Code Division
4�, cited ae the "Special Asaesament Inveatigation, Limitation and
Ma,�ority Yrotest Act oP 1931,�' the follov�ring report be, and the same
is hereby made oP the find3ngs and determinations of saSd City Council
made upon the hearing held and conducted by said City Council pursuant
to its order theretofore duly made, upon the Investigation Report
': upon the propoaed imnrovement of Norton Avenue by the construction of
vitrified clay.pipe sanitary sewera including manholes and house con-
neotiona together with. incidental and appurtenant work, as ahown on
Plan No. 1948-F-1 on file in the offiee of the City Glerk of said City,
as proposed in Resolution No. 2145 of the City Council oP the Gity of
, Lyn4�oOd.
` �(a) That the hearing upon said Investigation Report �aas
held on the lgth day of October, 19�8, at the hour of 8:00 o'elock P.r4.
in the Council Chamber of the City Hall, 11331 Plaza 8treet in said
- City of LynU�ood, and said hearing was fully completed and eoncluded on
said date without ad,journment;
(b) .That at the time oP said hearing, the City Glerk of

(g) That there were no oral protests made at said heari�g;.
