Section 1: That Plans ard Specifications No. 1948-.-Z
for the imgrovement of Norton Avenue by the construction of vitrified
clay pipe sanitary.sewera, including house connections and manholee,
as prepared and submitted by the Gity Engineer oP sai& Gity this 19th
day of October, 19�8, be and the same are hereby adopted as tre
official plans and apecif icationa Por doing said ti*or;s and making said
improvement. Said plans and apecificationa are marked 194�8-F-2 and
, enaii govern for all detaila of the proposed work.
. Seotion 2: That the map or plat.marked Plan No. 194��
shok�ing the district of lands to be benefited by and to be assessed
to pay the coats and eapenaes of said work, or iraprovement, be and
