RESOLUTION SETTIIQG FORTH FACT3 OF AEARING, AND
CONFIRMING A88E83MENT, IN THE MATTER OF THE Ih1-
PROVEI�iENT OF ATLANTIC AVENUE IN TAE CITY OF LYN-

WHEREAB, under the provieiona of Diviaion � oP the 3treeta
and Highways Code, cited as the Improvenent Act of 1911, and amendmenta
thereto, the City Council of the Citq of Lynwood adopted ita Resolution
of Intention No. 2103�on the 6th day of April, 19�8, dealaring ite in-
tention to order certain work to be done. Reference is hereby mafle to
eaid Resolution oP Intention for a description of the work or improve-
�ent, the aesesac�ent district, and for further particulars, which reao-
lution ia on file in the office oP the City Clerk of eaid City; and
��HEREAS, the proceedinga pureuant to said Resolution of In-
tention have been had and taken in the time, Porm and manner required
by law; and
Z�IHEREA3, a notice of hearing on the proposed aesesement has
been published, poFted and mailed as required by law; and
�+THEREAB, a Pull and complete hearing on eaid asaesament was
held on the 16th day of Nonember, 1948; and
WHEREAS, there were no oral bu1"Jwritten proteats or ob,�ectione,
NOS9, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynvrood, ae followe:
Section l: That the aeeessment ie ,juat and correct and in
accordance with law and that all of the aetiona, determinations, reeo-
lutions and orders, and all of the proaeedinge heretofore taken are
legal, valid and sufficient and that the diagram attached to eaid assesa-
ment is legal, valid and sufficient.
