RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE EITY OF

GEL CERTAIN 1915 AGT A3SESSMENT5 LEVIED AGAI.NST
_ CERTAIN PUBLIC PURPOSE LOTS.
WHEREAB, the Board oP Truatees of_the Lynwood School Distriet

adopted a resolution,stating that Lots no, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18,
19, 20, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64 and 6g of Block 2, tdod3eska
Park are being used for a public purpose, namely Lincoln School yard, and
VJHEFtEAB, the records of the Treasurer ahow outatanding 1915
Act asseasmenta againat the above lots un�.er Resolution No. 123 being
the impronement of Poplar Drive, et al, Aaseesments No. 4�6, 47, 4g,
So, 51, 52, 53, 5�, 55, 91, 92, 93� 9�, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99 and 100, and
WHEfiEAB, there are other public purpose lota owned by the
Citq having 1915 Act asaeasmenta againat them namely, under Reeolution
123, Assessmenta 504,,505, 506,"$07 against Lota 2, 3, 4, $, Block 18,

of Lynwood hereby authorizes and directa the eitq Treasurer to canceT
aTl the above mentloned asseeaments.
