IN THE MATTER OF THE IIdIl'ROVEMENT OF NORTON -
AVENUE'BY THE COIVSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEYdERB -
AND APPURTENANT WORK.
RE$OLU�'ION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT.
. WHEREAS, the Gity Council of the City of Lynwood, did in
open sesalon on the 7th day of Deoember, 1948, publicly open, examine,
and declare all sealed propoeals or bida Por the following work to be �
done and improvement to be made in said City, to-wit: A11 that certain
work and improvement set Yorth in Reaolution of Intention No. 2162,
passed and adopted by said City Council on the 19th day of October,
194�8,, which Reaolution of Intention is on file in the office oP the
City Clerk of said City and is hereby rePerred to for a deseription'of
said work or improvenent, the boundariea of the dlatrict to be asseased
to pay the coats and expenses of said work and for further particulara. '
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by said City Council that it
reJect, and it does hereby re�ect all of said proposals or bids except
,the next herein mentioned, and hereby awarda the contract for.doing
said work or improvement to the lowest, regular, responsible bidder, ' '
to-w1t: Colich Construction Co.
at the prices Yor eaid work or improvement named in thelr bid, which
bid 1s on Pile in the office of the City Clerk of said Gity, and is '
hereby,rePerred to for further partiaulare. .
. The City Clerk oP said City is hereby direeted to publish
notice of this aUrard twice in the Lynwood Presa, a wee�ly newspaper
published and circulated in.said City and hereby designated for that
puxpose by this City Council,
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7th day oP December, 1948.
