AVENUE. RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPt�RATION OF
DEBT LIi�iITATION REPORT. i . ,
The City Council of the!City of Lynwood does hereby resolve
as follot�s: ]

�1) That the pu�lic interest, connenience and neceasity•re-
quire and.the City Council of the of Lyn�eood proposea to institute
proceedinga for the impronement hereinafter aet forth;
�2) That the general nature, location and extent oP suah pro-

posed improver�ent are as followa:i
The construction of cement concrets csurba, cement concrete
guttera, �nd cement concrete aidewalks in Pendleton Avenue between

�3) It is hereby deter4lned that no part of the cost or ex-
pense of said work or improvement is to be,paid by said City oY Lynwood:
(�) It is hereby further determined that tize Gity Gouneil of

iaith Seetion 4.of tlze 9treeta and Hight•�ays Code oP the State of CaliP-

ternined that said City Council proposes to conduct the proceedings for
sa.id proposed work or inprovement utider an act of the Legislature of
the State of California known and designated as the Inpraver�ent Aet oP
1911, as amended. '
(5) The boundary or extent of the as�easment diatrict to be

directed to prepare and deliver to said City Council a written report
coverin� said work or improvement in accordance with the proviaions
