RFSOLUTION I2DaUESTING APPROVAL OF EXP�IDITURE OF GAS
TAX T�ONiFS FOR STREEf IMPROVEMENT.
VPHER�AS� the Board of Supervisors of the County oP Eos Angeles
did� on the lst day of July� 1948, allocate the sum of �13,�L�8.l�6 for the
improvement o£ streets within the corporate limits o£ the of Lynwood, and
WHEREAS, the City of I is now ready to proceed with its
progTam of street impronement work,
NON, THERSFORE, BE IT R&SO�VED by the City Council of the City
of Lym+ood that the Board o£ Supervisors be requested to grant to said City of
Iynwood the sum o£ $13�7118.116 and approve its e�enditure for the construction
of bituminous macadam pavement or plant mixed surfacing on the following streets
and avenues in said city:
