RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE COUNTY TO CANCEL CER-
TAIN AS�ESSiViENT3 ON PROPERTY ACQUIRED BY THE CITY
OF LYIVWOOD FOR 1'UBLIC PURPOSEB, �
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lynwood
as Pollows:
WHEREAS, the City oP Lyns�rood has aequired certain property
within said City_Por public purposes; and
�+hiEREAS, there are unpaid assessments on said property,
NO[d, TAEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counail of the

City of �Lyn�rood as Pollows: '
Section 1: That it is hereby certified that the propertq
covered .by tlais apnlication, hereinafter deacribed, is norr being usecl for
public purposes, to-u�it: City Yard.
Section 2: That the County Auditor be and he is hereby re-
queated to cancel all assesements on the.following described property:
Lighting Asseasment No 3268 for the year 19�5-�6 and
all prior years againat Lot �434, Tract 2551. .
Aasesaments Nos, 4 98. �99, 5 505 50b under the Re- , .
funding Assessment Bond Act of 1935, known as A. & I.
, District No. 7 of the City oP Lynwood, againet Lots
�• �'35, �'36; 440, �4�2 1�43,'reapectively, of Tract,2551,
for the year 1948-�9 and all prior yeara.
Section 3: That the City Clerk be and he is hereby directed
to deliver a certified copy of this resolution to the Board of Super-
visors and to the Gounty Auditor�oP Los Angeles County.
