The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby resolve as
follows:
+�(HEREAS, a report on the proposed impravement� to-�vit: the construc-
topm of cemeirt concrete sidewalks, curbs and gutters in Pendleton Avenue be�tveen
ELn Avenue and Atlantic Adenue, has been prepared by the City Engineer and delivered
to the City Council of the City of Lymvood, as provided in Division 4 0£ the Streets
and Highways Code� cited as the t�Special Assessment, Limitation and Majority
Protest Act of 1931 as amended, as directed by said City Council at its regular
meeting held on January 18� 19�t9•
NOW, THEkEFOHc�, be it resolved as follows:
l. That the City Council of the City of I.yrnvood does hereby
approve said report an3 orders that said report be filed with the City Clerk.
2. That the City Council hereby £ixes the 15th d�y of I�9arch, 19�19,
at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. as the day,and hrnir, and the Council Chamber
of the Cit;� Hall, 11331 Plaza Street, in the City o£ Lynvrood�'Cali£ornia, as the
place when and vrhere ar�y and all persons interested m�y appear before said Cit�
Council and be heard on any matter pertaining to said report.
3. That the City Clerk is hereby ordered to give the notice
prescribed by Section 2Ei51 of said Streets and xighways Code referred to and
cited as wSpecial Assessment Investigation� Limitation and Majority Protest Act
of 1931" to all persons designated in Section 2851.
