' WOOD REQUESTING THE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMEAIT TO EN-
FORCE ORDIIS9AICE N0. �91.
?VHEREAS, the City of L�nwood has duly adopted Ordinance No.
491 of the City of Lyn?aood, entitled:

MANUFkG�URE, SALE, BERUICE, AND EXHIBITIOTd OF FOOD
AND FOOD5TUFFS" and
',^1HEREAS, the City of Lynwood has a contract ti�rith the County
of Los Angelea wherein the County agrees to perform certain public
health services for the City of Lynwood �ureuant to Section 480 -�82
. of the Health and Safety Code of the State of calif.ornia,
N0�9, THEREFORE, the City of Lynwood hereby request$ and
authorizea the Health Department of the County oP Los Angeles and its
Health Officer to enforce and perform all funetiona authorized by said
Ordinance No. 4g1.
