RESOLUTION OF INTENTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LYNt100D, CALIFORTvIA, DECLARIIdG Ii5
INTE2dTI0iQ TO Vl�CATE CERTAIN PORTIOPIS OF THE
FIRST STREET iJESTERLY OF STATE STREET.
The City Council of the City oP Lynwood does hereby
resolve ae followe:
That those portions of the firet street weaterly oP State
Street extending from Lynurood Road to the northerly line of Lot 11 of
Commerce 1'rect ae shoHm on ma.p recorded in Booii 146, Pages 49, and 50
of NIape, Recorda of Los Angeles County, California, and lying �aeaterly
of a line 60 Peet w.esterly of and parallel to the easterly line of
said Commerce Tract,,is unnecessary for present or nrospective street
purposea and that the public interest, necessity and convenience re-
quire, and the City Counc 1 of said city hereby declares ite intention
to vacate and abandon that portion of said avenue.
Section That said portion of the first street westerly
of State Street as abone described, lying and being in eaid City of
Lqnwood, ia shown on u�ap No. 500 on file in tne Office oP the City
�1erk of said City and to which all partiea interested are referred
to for further particulars as to the proposed vacation and abandonment.
Section 3: That these proceedings are had and taken under
the provisions of Sections 8300 to 8324, both inclusive, oP the Streeta
and Highways Code of the State of California, as amended.
Section 4:. That Tuesday, the lst day of March, 19�4, at
the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. in the Council Chamber of the City Hall
in said city is hereby fixed as the time and place for hearing and
protests or ob,jectiona to tl�ie proposed vacation or abandonment of said
firet etreet �*esterly of State Street.
Section 5: That the City Clerk of said City is hereby
