RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE GITY OF
LYNWOOD REGARDING POLICE BADGES.
' W�iEREAS, purauant to authorization of the City Council of
the.City of Lynwood, new police badges have been acquired for the use
of the Police Department and City officials, and
WHEREAS, it is the Friah of the Gity Council to be informed
oP the persons to whor� police badgee are from time to time issued, and
' 6�HEREAS, the City Clerk is the official cuetodian of the
Gity of Lynvrood and of the City Council,
NO«, ThEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that all eurplus police badges
shall be maintained in the possession of the City �lerk and ehall be
iasued to proper persons upon recommendation oP the Chief of Police,
duly confirmed by motion of the City Council, and the City Clerk shall
maintain a proper record thereof by ledger, of peraona to whom police
badges have been issued and their return.
