RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM
The City Council of the Cit� of LSmwood, California� does
hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1 : That the assessment diagram for the improve—
ment of Nortoii Avenue between Cali£ornia Avenue and Century Boulevard
by the construction af sanitary sewers be and the same is hereby
approved and adopted.
Section 2 : That the"Cit,y Clerk of said city is directed
to certify the fact and date cf this resolution to the Superintendent
of Streets and shall deliver said diagram to said Street SUperintendent.
