$TATE STREET IN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD. ,

the lst day of February, 1949, paas its Resolution of Intention de- .
claring ite intention to vacate certain portion� of the first street
westerYy of State Street extending from LynU;ood Road to the nortlierly
line of Lot 11 of Commerce Tract as shown on map recorded in Book 1�6,
Pagea �9 and 50 of Mapa, Records of Los angeles County, California,
and lying westerly of a line 60 feet v�esterly of and parallel to the
" easterly line of said Commerce Tract, �,nd
' Lv'�IEREAS, said resolution was published and notice of atreet
vacatlon was posted in the time, form a.nd manner required by laza, and
� t9FtEREAS, a full and i�partial hearing was held on the lst
day of N�arch, 194�g, covering all the mattera deacribed in said Resolu-
tion of Intention, and
° � �^THEREAS, no protests or oh,jections ti�ae,re ma.de at said hearing
to said propoaed vacation,
NOW, THEREF'ORE, BE IT RE30LVED by the Gity Council of the City
of Lynwood, as follo�s:
Se ction 1: That those portions of the first atreet v.*esterly
� of 5tate Street extending fror� Lyn�aood Road to the nortnerly line of
Lot 11 of Commerce �i'ract as shot,*n on map recorded in Book 14�6, Pages 49
and 50 of �a.pa, Records of Los �ngelea County, Galifornia, anfl lying
westerly of a line 60 feet vaesterly oP dnd parallel to the easterly line
. of said Commerce Tract, is unnecessary for present or pr,ospective pub-
lic uae and it ie hereby ordered that said alley be vacated and abandoned.
Section 2: That• the City Clerk shall c�.use a certified copy
of said order to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of
