RFSOLUTION OF TAE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNYVOOD
ADOPTING BUDGET AND APPR09ING MF�IORA.NDUM OF AGREEMENT
� FOR EXPENDITURE OF GAS TAX ALLOCATID FOR MAJOR CITY
STREETS.
VPHEREAS, a memorandum o£ agreemerxt has been presented to be
entered into with the State of Californiain accordance with a project statement
for expenditure of the gas tax £or the fiscal year 1949 allocated £or ma�or
city streets in the Citg of Iynwood; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement in full
and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEftEFORE, be it resolved by the City Conncil of the City of
LSmwood that said project statenent be and it is hereby adopted as the budget
f o£ proposed experalitures o£ the gas tax allocated for major city streets�
and said agreement be and the same is nereby approved and the Mayor and the
City CZerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City�, said agreement
to be binding upon the City upon its execution by the authorized o£ficials o£
the State.
