THE CITI' OF LYIQFTOOD, CALIFORNIA, DECLP.RIRiG 24'5
INTEI�?TION TO VACATE CERTAIN PORTIOD?S OF THE
FIF.ST STREET L9E57'ERLY OF STATE STREET.
The City Council of the City of Lyn�,�ood does hereby
resolve as follotas:
That those portions of the first street ��7esterly of State
Street extending from Lfnvrood Road to the northerly line of Lot 11 of
Commerce �'ract as shown on map recorded in.Bools 146, Pages 49 and 50
of hfa.:ps, Records of Los Angeles County, California, and lying ��resterly
of a line 60 feet �aesterly of arid parallel to the easterly line of
said Commerce Tract, is unnecessary for preaent or prospective etreet
purpoaes and that the public,interest, necessity and convenience re—
quire, ana tne City Council of said city hereby declares its intention
to vacate and abandon that portion of said avenue.
Section 2: That said portion of the first atreet ��;eaterly
of State Street as above d_escribed, lying and being in said City of
Lynwood, is ahown on map Dio. 500 on file in the Office of the City
Clerk of�said City and to :•*hich all parties interested are referred
to for. further particulara as to the proposed vacation and aband.onment.
Section 3: That these proceedings are had �nd taken under
the provieions of Sections 8300 to 8324, both inclusive, of the Streeta
and Highways Code of the State of Californin, as amended.
Section 4: That Tueaday, the ��th day of Apr�il, 19�9, at the
hour of 8:00 o�c lock P.��, in the Council Ch�r�ber of the Ci+y xall in

said city is hereby Yixed as the time and place for hearing and protesta
or ob,�ections to the proposed v�cation or abandonment of saici firat

Section 5: '1'hat the City Clerk of said City is hereby
i directed to publisn and nost notice of the passage of this resolution
