RESOLUTION OF HE!'.B.ING OF HEFORT ON DEBT LIMITA==
TION PROCEEDINCS
BE IT HESOL�'ID, by the City Cm:ncil o£ the City of Lyrm+ood as
f oli onrs :
1. That pursuant to the Streets and xighways Code Division
�� cited as the nSpecial :9ssessment Irivestigation� Limitation and �Rajority
Protest Act of 1931", the following report be� aixl the same is hereby made
of the findings and determinations of said City Council made upon the hearing
held and conducted by said City Council pursuant to its order theretofere duly
made, upon the Investigation �eport upon the propcsed improvement of
Pendl°tcn Avenue by the construction of cement concrete curbs, ce�aent concrete
' gu{;ters, and cement concrete sidc�valks as shrnvn on Plan No. 1949-A 1 on file
in the office cf the City Clerk o£ said City, as proposed in Resolution
Nn. 2181 0£ the City Council cf said City.
' (a� That the hearing upon said Investi�ation Report was
held on the 15th day of ��roh-"�, ?949, at the hour of 8 o�cicek p.m. in the
Council �hambers cf the �ity Hall� 11331 Plaza 8treet, in said City of L�xm*cod
and sai.d heaz'ing was fully completed and concluded on said date Nithout
adjournment�
' (b) That at the time of said hearing, the City Clerk of the
City of Lynwood presented to said City Council his a£fidavit o£ Mailing of
Notices in the time, £orm, and rnanner� and to the persons as required b,y law;
and that said affidavi+. is now on £ile in the office of said City Clerk;
(c) That at the co�encemant o£ said he2Ting and before
protests were considered and had� the Investigaticn Report above reterred to
(eaccept as to the map, plat or diagr�n: attached thereto, and the assessed
valuations and true valuations of, and assessuents and estimated assessments
uoon individual parcels oF land) was read and explained to those asseinbled
in attendance at said hearing;
(dj That there were lp persons in attendance at said hearing
other than those holdi.ng ana conducting sam°, in connection with the hearing
of said report.

(e) That one (1) written protest was filed with the �`ity
Clerk of the City o£ LSmwocd at nr before the time fixed for said hearing;
(f) 'Phat there �vere no oral �rotests made at said hearing;
(g) That said written protest was filed by the owner or less
than fifty percent (50�) o£ the total area of the district proposed to be
assessed £or the payment of the coasts of said iuq�rovement; and
That the nature of the protest made is as follows:
Protestairt has already installed part o£ the
improvements specified.
