The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby resolve
• as £ollows: . '
. Section 1: That Plans and Specifications No. 1969—�2 for
the imprwement of Pandleton Avenue by the construction o£ cemerit concrete
• ` .curbs, } cement concrete gutters and cement conerete sidewalks, as prepared
and submitted by the Gity Engineer of said City the 28th day of February� ,
, 1949, be, and the same are hereby adoptad as tha of£icial plans and speci—
' fications for'doing said vcork and making said improvement. Said plans and
� specifications are marked 1949—A-2 and shall govern £or all details of the
� proposed work.
� Section 2: That the �.p'or Plat marked Plan No. 1949—a-3
showind the district of lands to be benefited by and to be assessed to pay
the costs and expenses of said work� or imprwement, be� and the sau,e is
hereby adopted as the ��Official Ma.p of the .�ssessment District'�� for said work
