PTHEREAS, under the provisions of Division 7 of the Streets
and Highways Code, cited as the Improvement Act of 1g11, and amendnents
- thereto, the City Couuncil of the City of Lym�ooci adopted ita F.esolution
of Intention No. 2162 on the 19th day of October, 19�8, declaring its
intention to order certain ��;ork to be done. °eference is hereby made to
said Resolution of Inter.tion for a description of the �?ork or improve-
ment, the assess�aent distriet, znd for further particulars, vrhich reso-
lution is on file in the ofiice of the City Clerk of said City; and
(iff-iEREAS, the proceedings pursuant to said I?esolution of In-
tention have been had and taken in tY�e tine, form and manner required
by law; and ,
4+TfiEREAS, a notice of hearing on the proposefl asseasment has
been nublished, posted �.nd nailed as required by la*.�; �.nd
R�rIERE.4S, a full and eomplete hearing on said assessment was
held on the 15th day of 1:arch, 19�9 and

City of Lyntaood, as follotca:
Section 1: That the aeseasment is just and correct and in
accordance t+rith law and that all of the �.ctions, deterr�inatior.s, reso-
lutions 2nd order�, and all of the proceedings heretofore taken are
legal, valid and sufficient and that the diagram attached to said
assesament ia legal, valid and sufficient.
Section 2: 'I'hat said proceedings and said assessment are
hereby confirmed and it is hereby ordered that the k*arrant may be
att2ched thereto accordingly: .
