AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, DECLARING CERTAIN
PROPERTY AS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING DISPOSAL BY SELLING IT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, finds that certain property
Is surplus property of the City, and as such represents a burdensome cost, and that the
property is not needed by the City. The property is described as follows:
1995 Ford F250 44 with Tommy Lift and Truck Box
Vin 1FTHF26H5SNB52193 with 65,000 miles
1996 Dodge Ram 2500 44 with Tommy Lift and Truck Box
VIN 1B7K26Z7TS657928 with 81,000 miles
• 1991 International Heavy Duty Truck,2550
VIN 1HTGSNHR3MH331235 with 34,315 miles
Section 2. The City is hereby authorized to dispose of the property by selling them
through the ERPNRP plan, auction, or sealed bid.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval. �I /
