RESOLUTION ORDERING THE WORK AND DIRECTING TfiE
CITY CLERIC TO GIVE NOTIGE INVITING BIDS.
_ Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn�rood
as followa: -
Section l: In the opini.on of said City Gouncil, the publics
intereat and convenience require, and said City Council having acquired
�urisdiation so to do, the following work or improvement is hereby.
ordered to be done, to-��it: the construction of.aement concrete curbs, �
,• cement concrete eidewalks, and ee�ent c�ncrete guttere in Pendleton
Avenue between the produced. center line of Elm Avenue (as Elm Avenue

• egiats,southerly of Pendleton Avenue) and the center line of Atlantic
Avenue. "
Seotion 2: Al1 of the work or improvercent aforesaid shall
be done as centemplated in Resolution of,Intention No. 2197 of the City
Council of said Gity, to which reference is hereby made Por Purther
particulare.
Section 3: Said propoaed work, or improvement, in the opinion
oP eaid Citg•Council, is of more than local or,ordinary public benefit
. and aaid City Council hereby determinea and declares that the distriet
to be beriePited by said iaork and improvement, and to be assessed to
pay the entire coeta and expensea thereoP is partic�zlarly described in
Resolution of Intention No. 2197: Reference is hereby ma.de tq said
Reaolution of Intention and to Plan No 19�9 �A-3�for further particulara
as to the extent of the assessment diatrict,

, ment shall be had arid taken under an Act oP the Le�ialature of the
State of California designated the Streeta and High�raye Code, Division
7, and cited as the "Improvement Act of 1911°, and amendmenta thereto,

that aerial bonda ahall be issued in the form dnd manner provided in

csentum per ann�zm to represent eacsh assessment of twenty—Pive (,�25.00)
dollars, or over, remainin� unpaid for thirty days after the date oP
the warrant, eaid aerial bonds ahall extend over a period ending.nine
, yeara from the second day.of January next suoceeding the next October
lsth f.ollowing their date. Said bonds and interest thereon shall be
paid at the of£ice of the Gity Treasurer of said City and ahall be
disbursed by him, all as provided in said Act.
Section 6: The City Clerk shall poat an�. cause to be pub—
lielied a notice inviting sealed proposals or bicis for doing the above
deseribed work or improver�ent in the tirae form and manner required by
law.
