RESOLUTION OF ORDER OF VACATION FOR CERTAIN

WHEREP.S, the Gity Council of the City oP Lynwood did, on
the 1,5th da.y of riarch, 19�9 pass ita Resolution of Intention de-
elaring ite intention to vacate certain portiona oP the first atreet
weaterly oP State Street extending Prom Lynwood Road to the northerly
line oY Lot ll oP Commerce Tract as'shown on Map recorded in �ook 146,
Pages 49 and �0 of N'apa, Records oP Los Angeles Gounty, California,
and lying weaterly oP a line 60 feet westerly of and uarallel to the
eaeterly line oP said Coramerce Tract, and
' W�IEREAS, said resolution was published �nd notice of etreet
vaeation was posted in the time, form and manner required by law, and
WHEREAS, a full and inpartial hearing was held.on the 5th
� day of April; 19�9, covering all trie rm.tters described in said
Reeolution of Intention, and �

WHEREAS, no protests or ob�ectioris were.made at said hearing

of State Street extending from Lynwood Road to the northerly line oP

. 49 and 50 of Ma�a, Records oP Los Angelea County, California, and lying
westerly of a line 60 feet westerly of and parallel to the easterly

public use and it is hereby ordered that said atree,t be vacated and
abandoned.
Section 2: That the Citq Clerk ahall cause a certiPied copy
