NTt3ES2EAS, a first suppleraental memorandiun of agreement has oeen
presented to be entered into with the State of' California in accordance
with a project statement for expenditure,of'the gas tax for the fiscal
year 1949 allocated for major city streets in the City of Lymvood; end
W?1ERFAS, the City Counoil has heard read said agreement in full
and is femiliar with the contents thereoF;
- THE.RFPO�E, be it rosolvad by tho City Council of the City of
I that said agreement be and the same i� hereby approved and the
h�ayor and the City Clerk are directed to sign the sazae on behalf of said I
City, said agreernant to be binding upon the City upon its execution by
the authorized officisls of tho State.
