AVENUE BY Tf�IE CONSTRUCTION OF CURBB, GUTTERS,
AND SIDE�4ALKS.
RE30LUTION OF AWARD OF COPITRACT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City oP Lynwood did, in
open sesaion on the 3rd day oP May, 1949 publicly open, examine, and
declare all sealed proposale or bide for the following work to be done
and improvement to be made in said Cit,y,.to-wit: All that certain
work and improvement set forth in Resolution of Intention No. 2197
pasaed and adopted by said.City Council on the 15th day of March, 19�+9
which Reaolution oP Intention is on file in the office of the City
Clerk of said City and ia hereby referred to for a descrintion of said
work or improvement, the boundariea of the dietrict to be aesessed to
pay the coata and expenaes of said work and for further particulara.
NO�V, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by said City Council that it
re�ect, and it does hereby reJect all of said proposals or bide ex-
ce�t the next herein mentioned, and hereby at,rards the contract for
doing said work or improvement to the lorrest, regular, responsible
bidder, to-wit: VIDO KOVACEVICH C0. at the pricea for eaid work or
improvement named in their bid, which bid is on file in the office of
the City Clerk of said City, and is hereby rePerred to for further
particulara.
The City Clerk of eaid City is hereby directed to publiah
notice of this award twice in the Lynwood Preas, a weekly ne�rspaper
, published and circulated in said City and hereby designated_for that
purpose by this City Council.
