IDiTETITI�N TO VAGATE CERTAIN PORTIONS OF ALI�4A
AVENUE ET AL. `
The City Cotmcil of the City of Lynwood. doea hereby resolve
as follovas:
Section l: That those portions of the following describefl
. avenues and alleye are unneceasary for present or prospective street
purposea and that the"public interest, necessity and convenience require,
and the uity Council of aaid city hereby declares its intention to
vacate and abandon those portiona of said avenues and a lleys deecribed
as followa: •
A1ma Avenue from San Luis Avenue to San Niiguel Avenue;
A1ma.Avenue from San Mi,ue7: Avenue to San Vincente Avenue;
Pendleton Avenue from Letais Road to Staridard Avenue;
Pendleton A venue from Standard Avenue to Hulme Avenue;
The first alley northerly of Imperial High��ray froL1 Ruth
Street to Mallieon Avenue.
Section 2: That said portiona of the avenues and alleys
, as above described, lying and being in said City of Lynwood, is sho�,m
' on map iQo. 700 on file in the Office of the City Clerk of said C+ty,
ard to tahich all partiea intereated are referred to for further par-
ticulars as to the proposed vacation and abandonment.
Seetion 3: That the City of Lynirood reservea an easement
in, over, or upon said above descriUed property for the construction,
erection, and/or r.�intenance therein of public utilities.
Section 4: That these uroceedings are had and taken under
the provisions of Sections 8300 to 832�, both inclusive, of the .
Streets and High�,rays Code of the State of California, as amended.
Section 5: That Tuesday, the 7th day of June, 19�k9 at the
hour oP 8:00 o'clock P. T.�I. in the Council Chamber of the City Kall in
said City ie hereby fixed as the time and place for hearing and pro-
tests or ob,jections to the proposed vacation or abandonu�ent of said
streeta and alleys.

directed to publish and post notice of the passaae of this resolution
in the time, form and manner required by lato.
