RES4LUTION REQUESTIN(3� THE COUNTY TO CANCEL TAXE3
UNDER SECTION 4986 ET 3EQ. OF THE REVENUE AND
TAXATIOAI CODE ON PROPERTY ACQUIRED BY THE CITY
OF LYNL�t00D FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the�City of Lyno�ood
as follows:
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood has acquired certain property
within said City for public purposea; and
WHEREAS, there are unpaid taxea on said property,
- NOtP, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the I
City of Lyn�rood, as follows:
, Section 1: That it ia hereby certified that the property
covered by this application, hereinafter described, is now. being used
for the public purpose aet out oppoeite the description oP each rea-
pecti ve parcel.
Section 2: That the County Auditor be and he is hereb;/ re-
queeted to cancel all unpaid taxea on eaid property.
