WF3EEREAS, a project statement has been presented setting np a Uudget
for e�menditure of the gas tax ior the fiscal year 1950 allocated £or major city
streets in the -0ity o£ Lymrood; and
Wf�REAS, the City Council has heard read said p:oject statement
in full and is familiar �vith the contents thereof;
THLREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
L,vnwood tk�at said project statement be and it is hereby approved and adopted as
the budget o£ �roposed expenditures os the �as tax allocated for n2jor city
streets in the City of Lynwood; and the fdayor and the City Clerk are directed
to si��n the same on beha.lf of said Cit�, said project statement to be binding
upon the Cit� upon its execution by the authorized officials.of the State.
