SECIION 1: Tn�t the City Engineer be and 'ne hs hereUy directed to make
and £ile �aith t�ie City C1erk of said City a report in writing coveris� the maintenance
of street lig:ating in said City for a period of three years corunencing J�aly 1, 1949.
SECTIUiS 2: That said report shall contain the folloviing:
(a) Plans and snecifications Yor the proposed improver�ent.
^ (b) An estimete of the cost o£ said improvement for the period of
time above specified. '

. boundaries and dimensions o£ the respective lots or p�:cels of land withsn said.
