1919 and amendments thereto, the City Council o£ the Cit� of Lynwood has hereto-
£ore passed a.nd adopted its Resolution bTo. 2214 declarin�; its intention to order
the furnishing of the service necessery to iTiaintain and illuminate by means of
electrical ener�y all the street lighting systens in the City of Lynwood £or
a period o£ three.years;
