RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT
The City Council of the City of Lynwood, California,
doea hereby resolve ea followe;
3ection 1.
YJHEREAS, paciPic Electric Railway Compa�y, a California
Corporation, did execute and deiiver to the City of Lynwood, on the
5th day of April, 1946, an easement for water main purposes across
that part of the right of way oP said Company in the City of Lynavood,
County of Los Angeles, 3tate of California. described ae followsi
A etrip of land 2 feet in width extending from
the southerly to the northerly line of that
certain 100 foot strip of land deacribed in deed
to the Los P.ngeles Interurban Railway Company,
recorded in Deed Book 2531, page 156, in the
office of the Recorder of Los Angelee County; the
center line of eaid 2 foot strip of land being
described as followa:
Beginning at the point of intereaection of the
southerly line of eaid 100 foot strip of land
with the northerly proiongation of the center line
of Alameda Street, 40 feet wide, ae per map of
Tract No. 6066, recorded in Map Book 64, page 24,
in the office of said Recorder; thence northerly
along eai3 prolonged center line of Alameda Street,
122.18 feet, more or leae, to the northerly line
of said 100 foot etrip of land. and
�E�s, there la Pound to be a need for said easement as
above described; that it will be for the best interest of the City oP
Lynmood that said easement be accepted and reoorded. I
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood I
Resolves that said easement be accepted and that the Mayor and City
Clerk sign an acceptance of said easement and that eaid eaeement be
recorded.. t
