AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A DEED
UPON PAY�Ir^,NT OF THE CONSIDER9TION NANIED
THEREIN�
Be it reaolved by the City Council of the City of
Lynwood, �alifornia, as follows:
� 4�HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
has heretofore%, on the 14th day of Au�ust � 1944,
accepted the offer of Joseph H. Fletcher and Bess R. Fletcher,
husband and wife a.s �oint tenants
f or the purcl,ase of all of the right, title and intereat of

the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said city;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Lynwood does hereby resclve, detertnine and o�der as follows:
Section 1, That the City of Lynwood shall convey
to the said Jaseph H. Fletcher and Bess R. Fletcher, husbana T
and wife as ,joint tenanta
eaid property hereinafter described, sub,ject to conditiona�
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no
other or greater title to said lands than 2ias been acquired
by tne City.
Section 2. Tre.t u�,cn payment to the City of Lynwood
of the sum of Ten and No/One-hundredtha Dollars (�10.00)
the Ntayor of the City of Lynwood is here'by authorized and
directed to execute a deed of conveyance of certain land
hereinafter described, conveying the same as above specified.
