RESOLUTION N0. 1945
RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHORIZING THE EXEGUTION OF A DEED
UPON PAY1�iENT OF THE CONSIDERATION NAMEA
THEREIN.
Be it reaolved by the City Council of the City of
Lynvuood� �alifornia, as follows:

aceepted the offer oP Dean M. Ca.rson and Carrie D. Carson,
• husband and wife as ,joint tenants;
for the purchase of all of the right, titr� and intereat of

the.City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
N09P, TAEREFORE, the City Councll of the City of
Lynwood does hereby resolve, determine,and order as followe:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey

said property hereinafter deacribed, sub3ect to conditione,
restrictions, reservationa and easemente of record. �
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no
other or greater title to eaid lands than has been acquired
by the Gity.
Section 2. Th�t upcn payment to the City pP.Lynwood
oP the awn oP Ten and No/One-hundredths Dollare (�;10.00)
the Nta,yor of the City of Lynwood is hereby authorized and

thereto, on behalf of the eaid City of Lynmood.
9ection 3o That the �ayor and City Clerk of said
City, on behalf of said C12y, are hereby authorized_to.sign. ,,.,.
any escrow agreement neceasary to complete the transfer
of said landa.
Section 4. That the City Clerk of said City is
authorized to daliver said deed to the grantee therein named�
on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or apon
condition that the said consideration ahal� have been paid
to eaid Clty.
Section 5. The prGperty conveyed by this agree–
ment is described as follows,'to wlt:
