AND AUTAORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A DE�D

Be it reaolved by the Gity Council of the City oP -

for the purcha.se of all of the rlght, tit�e and intereat of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said eity;

Lynwood does hereby resolve� dete^mine and order ae follows;
Section 1, That the City of Lynwood shall convey
