RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
• AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTZON OF A DEED,-
UPON PAYI�IENT �F THE CONSIDERATION NAMED
THEREIN.
Be it reaolved by the City Council of the City of
Lynwood� �alifornia,,as follows:
� 1FHEREAS, the O1ty Council of the City of Lynwood
has heretoforh�, on the 6th day of June � 1944 ,
accepted the offer of Lewia Muaumeci and Mary Musumeci,
� husband and wife ae �oint tenante,
for the purchase of all of the right, titD� and intereat oP
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within .
said city;
N06P, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Lynwood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
` $ection I, That the City of Lynwood shall convey

Section 2, Th�t upcn payment to the Clty pf Lynwood
of the aum of Ten and No/One-hundredths Dol.lara {�10.00)
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby authorized and

--- - direated a�deed of conveyance of certain land
hereinafter described, conveying the same as above specified
tq Lewis Musumeci and 89ary Mueumeci, husband and wife as
�oint tenanta

on behalf of the said Gity of Lynwood� and that the City
Clerk of said C1ty is hereby authorized to attest :said
deed and to affix the City Seal of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the eaid Gity of Lynwood.
8ection 3a That the Mayor and City Clerk of said
City, on behalf of said C1 to-sign
any escrow agreement neceasary to complete the transPer �
of said lande.
$eotion 4. That trie City Clerk of said City is
authorized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named�
on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, as eoon as, or apon
condition that the said coneideration sha13 have been paid
to said City.
