" RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHORIZZNG THE EXECUTION OF A DEED
UPON PAYI�TENT OF THE CdNSIDERATION NAMED
THEREIN.
Be it Tesolved by the City Council of the City of
Lynwood, �alifornia, as follows:
`"�` VPHEREA3, tha Oity Council of the Gity of Lynwood
has heretofor�;, on the 17th day of Au�ust � 1943: ,
accepted the offer of Wm. G. LedPord and Easie Marie
Ledford, husband and wife a8'Soint tenanta
for the purchase of all of the right, t1tD,e and intereet of
the City oP Lynwood in and to certain landa lying within
eaid city; ,
" NOW, TH�2EFORE, the City Council of the City of
Lynwood does hereby resolve, detarmine and order ae followef
Section 1. That the City oP Lynwood shall convey
y � to the said Wm. G. Ledford and Essie Marie Ledford,� � � u
huaband and wife as ,joint tenants
said property hereinafter described, :sub,�ect to conditiona, �
restrictions, reservationa and easements of record. '
That the Gity shall convey to said purchaser no
` other or greater Gitle to eaid lands than has.been acquired
by the City. �
` Section 2. T'r_at upon payment to the City pP Lynwood
of the sum oP Ten and No/One-hundredths Dollare (�10.00)
the Niayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby authorized and

dSrected to execute a deed of conveyance of certain land �
hereinafter described, conveying the same as above specified
to '�m. G. LedPord and Essie Nla,rie LedPord, husband and
wife as Joint tenants

on behalf of the said City of Lynwood� and that the City
, Clerk of said C�ty is hereby authorized to attest said
deed and to afPix rhe City Seal of �he City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood.
8ection 3e That tre Mayor and City Clerk of said
City, on behalf of aaid Ci�y, are-hereby authorized to sign
any escrow agreement neceesary to complete the transPer
of eaid landa.
5ection 4. That the City Clerk of eaid City is
authorized to deliver said deed to the.grantee therein named�
on behalf of the eaid City of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon
condition that the said consideration sha13 have been paid
to said City;
Se�tion 5. The prGperty conveyed by this agree—
