Be it resolved by the City,Council of the City of Lyn-
x�ood, California, as follou�s:
w'HERA�AS, the City Councll of the: City of L,ynwood has
heretofore, on the ��_ day of Anril , 194 5 ac-
cepted the offer of Dolph F. Ptagenhauaer, a single man I

for th.e purctk�se of all of the right, title and interset of
the City of L;�m��ood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW� THF'REFORE, the Cit,y Council of the City of Lyn-
wood_does hereby resolve,..determine and,�order..a,s follows: ..
Sectlon 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Dolph F. Wagenha;user, a single:man
said property her�inafter described, sub�ect to conditions,
restrictions, re�ervations and easements of reco.rd.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or grea.ter title to said lands than has been acquired by
said City,

the sum of Ten and No/One-hundredths Dollara (5�10.00)
the P�Rayor of the City� of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyanee of cer-
